Nurse Call Integrations
Touch-Screen Masters manufactured by JERON use embedded technology which makes them immune to viruses and eliminates the need of personal computers. The benefit of touch-screen masters is the availability of instant information for caregivers. The large graphic floor plan map with full color icons allows staff to immediately identify the location of pending patient calls, nurse and aide service requests, and staff and equipment tracking. Staff assignments for pocket pagers and wireless phones are accomplished with a touch of the finger. The electronic patient whiteboard feature provides easy access to real time patient information and staff details with an HL7/ADT interface.
Radio Pocket Pagers can easily integrate with the Provider 680 and 620 nurse call systems. An alphanumeric page enables caregivers to receive messages instantly and silently from anywhere in the facility without the need of overhead paging systems. Pagers will display the patient/resident room number, bed designation, call type, time of call, and customized tag messages.
CS Wireless Phones seamlessly work in conjunction with the Provider 680 nurse call system. Wireless phones offer caregivers another option for immediate communication with patients and other staff members. Similar to pocket pagers, caregivers can receive messages from the nurse call system but now have the added feature of two-way voice communication with the patient. Phones provide mobility, flexibility and efficiency for overall communications and improved patient care.
IR/RF and Wireless Staff & Asset Locator Systems can be integrated with JERON nurse call systems. Locator technology provides precise, real-time identification and location of caregivers and equipment. The identities and exact locations of staff and equipment are displayed on the Touch-Screen Masters. At the touch of a button, both caregivers and critical equipment can be located anywhere within your facility.
JERON’S Executive Information Software is a Windows-based software platform that generates reports and archives records of all nurse call activity within a facility including liability management reports, workload levels, and performance records. EIS provides administration and staff a powerful tool that quickly and accurately provides information on individual and system-wide nurse call activity allowing easy evaluation for staff workflow and patient/resident response time. The Executive Information Reporting software works with both the Provider 680 and 620 nurse call systems.
Infant Abduction and Patient Wandering protection systems are available from Horizon Information Services. RFID and FM wireless solutions are used to protect and locate loved-ones in healthcare environments. Infant abduction and patient wandering locating systems can automatically activate magnetic door locks and elevators.
